Social development

We believe that development goes beyond just providing financial assistance and investment in industry and infrastructure. For us, it involves investment in human resources, building skills, helping people help themselves and promoting a self-sustaining momentum for development.

We strive to be a long-term partner in both national and global development. Our projects range from program management of vital HIV/AIDS prevention and control programmes, institutional strengthening analysis, monitoring and impact evaluation. Our management consultants also offer expertise in assisting the public consultation process to secure that all-important community buy-in and ensuring that all needs are met and concerns properly addressed.

Over the years we have received widespread acclaim for our management consultancy input to social development projects that make a real and positive difference to people’s lives – particularly in the fields of HIV/ AIDS, healthcare, rural development, agriculture, education, poverty alleviation, women and child development.

Poverty and livelihood

We strongly believe that by approaching the social sector from a development and management perspective we can meet the community’s needs by significantly improving the quantity and quality of services. We have the capacity and experience to address resource, management and service delivery problems in the social sector in a comprehensive way, taking full account of the interests and needs of local people. We also believe that in order to ensure economic growth, equity and security in society, there needs to be a continual commitment to economic reforms, effective governance and institutions. Allowing people to be a part of the development process using their own resources and capabilities is essential along with an integrated national strategy for poverty reduction and increased security for the physically and economically vulnerable.
