Our role in project managing the Egypt Float Glass
Company’s US $105 million plant near Cairo – in partnership with
Arab Consulting Engineers – ranged from evaluating turnkey bids and
reviewing designs to managing construction and co-ordinating a
multi-disciplinary international team of contractors and
suppliers
Apart from engineering services, we cater for the market
assessment, asset valuation and development of investment plans,
especially in the manufacture and supply of building materials such
as particle boards, medium density fibre (MDF) boards, wood
substitutes, ceiling, panelling and flooring products. Other
products on which we have carried out feasibility studies include:
- Cement
- Float glass
- Thermal insulation
Similarly for steel industry we carry out market studies,
techno-economic feasibility and location studies, technology
search, due diligence, valuation and act as lender’s independent
engineers. Our projects in this sector spans from pellet plants,
sinter plant, sponge iron, pig iron, finished steel, bars and rods,
HR, CR, galvanized coils and pipe plants etc.
